Check-in (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 5pm and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 11am.
We will give you the keys in person and show you the apartment
Yes, we will send you an invoice by email at the end of your stay if you request it.
Reservations on our site are non-refundable. No refund will be made if cancelled before your arrival in the apartment. The same goes for no-shows.
Pets are not allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment, even at the window. We must be categorical on this point. If the apartment smells of cigarettes after your departure, we will be obliged to close the apartment for several nights because we refuse to rent an apartment that smells of cigarettes. In this sense, the entire deposit will be retained.
Reminder: While the law does not allow a landlord to prohibit smoking in a traditional long-term rental agreement, it is different when it comes to a short-term rental agreement. You may NOT smoke in our accommodations.
There is no parking included with the apartment.
When you arrive, you can park in a double line to unload your luggage.
To park your vehicle, there are three possibilities:
– on the street, it is paid from 9am to 8pm from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and public holidays);
– at the Saint Georges indigo car park, which is paid;
– outside the city center on a free space.

Yes, bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are systematically provided.
Yes. Cleaning, bed linen and bath towels are extra and mandatory in order to guarantee our tenants impeccable hygiene.
Yes, a confirmation email with a link to a rental contract will be sent to you when you book. You will have to sign it online and you will receive a copy in your email inbox.
