General Information

This document outlines the terms and conditions for staying at our apartment, ensuring all guests understand their responsibilities and our policies.

Booking

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and the bank imprint of the deposit. Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Accuracy of Information

We endeavour to ensure that all information is accurate, but cannot guarantee its completeness. Check the details before booking to confirm their adequacy. The apartment is maintained to a high standard, but minor issues may arise. Report any issues promptly so we can resolve them

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 5pm and check-out is before 11am. Early arrivals or late departures may incur additional charges.

Occupancy Limits

The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests. Exceeding this limit is not permitted and may result in additional fees or eviction.

Amenities and Services

No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. Respect for the neighborhood is required.

Liability and Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Report any issues promptly to avoid additional charges.
